Previous volumes had always been the work of two editors, but the choice of 135 poems from the 4,000 submitted for&nbsp;<em>New Poetry 6<\/em>&nbsp;was Hughes\u2019s alone, and it included pieces by Alan Brownjohn, Gavin Ewart, U.A.
